the issue Thomas Sir asked some of our squadmates to share with the rest of the squad about is simply put, our discipline level + others.

-Sense of urgency.

The instructors and CLs cannot see our sense of urgency,

and there is NONE.

-Listening of instructions.

LISTENING of instructions is important,

and apparently sometimes we don't.

-Asking too many questions.

I'm sure this is basic courtesy not to ask too much and pointless questions,

because it'll be very,very irritating to the Sirs and Mdms, and maybe to the squadmates too.

-Discipline level & drills standards dropping. (said by every instructors)

Our drills standards are not very good, and in fact, badddddd.

i guess i don't need to add on about our discipline level .. ?

I'm just repeating whatever Thomas Sir and other Sirs have said,

no offence alrights.

We have done better than this before, maintain our best okay! :D
