IMPORTANT! TAKENOTE.

for those going to bbq ,
on 17th november, monday,
PLEASE bring your $8 if you have not paid zhengxiong yet.
those who have not paid yet but still insist on staying for bbq will be kicked out :D
so don't be so thick-skinned, faster pay back zhengxiong okay! :D

Cadet Leaders' Camp 2008

Hi all,
please take note of the kit list, dress code, rules and regulations of the upcoming CL camp.

CL camp will be from 28th-30th november.

Dress code

- Male:
1. Sideburns are not allowed to exceed the spectacle line
2. Hair should be sloped at the back.
3. No facial hair except for eyebrows and eyelashes.
4. No ear stick is allowed.


- Female:
1. Only black/dark blue hair accessories are allowed (Strictly no hair bands).
2. No fringes should cover the eyebrows. Anything beyond the eyebrows will have
to be either pinned or clipped up with black/dark blue hair accessories.
3. Only one transparent ear stick is allowed on each ear.


For both male&female campers:
- Hair must be neat and of natural colour. No outlandish hairstyles are allowed.
- Spectacle band or hooks must be used for bespectacled campers.
- The use of contact lens is strictly prohibited.
- All unnecessary accessories are not to be worn (eg. Watches, neck chains, wristbands,
ear-ring, ring and etc)
- Ankle socks and deodorants are strictly prohibited
- Shirt is to be tucked in at all times. No folding in of shirt is allowed.


Important Note:

1. Campers are not allowed to bring the following:
- Food (rations will be provided)
- Personal entertainment kit (e.g walkman, hand-held computer games, etc.)
2. Communication tools (e.g pagers, mobile phones, etc.) brought is to be surrendered and
safe-kept by Teacher Officers.
3. Miscellaneous items not stated in this kit list are prohibited unless otherwise approved
- Items brought into camp without prior approval must be surrendered. Failure to
comply will be severely dealt with.




Rules and Regulations
1. Campers are not allowed to leave the school compound unless permission granted by
Camp OIC, Camp Coordinator or Assistant Camp Coordinator.
2. Campers are not allowed to enter the Command Post without permission from any
Instructor/Officer.
3. Campers are not allowed to buy food from the canteen without the permission of any
Instructor/Officer.
4. Campers are not allowed to speak any other language/dialect other than English
unless otherwise instructed.
5. Campers are not allowed to wear shorts or sanders/slippers unless otherwise
instructed.
6. Campers are not allowed to heat unopened can over fire.
7. Campers are not allowed to throw away any left over food into drain, rubbish bin,
basin, etc.
8. Campers are to be with their allocated group for all activities, unless otherwise
instructed.
9. Campers must be properly attired at all times.
10. Campers must keep the campsite (school) clean at all times.
11. Campers are only allowed to shine their torch 45 degrees or below unless otherwise
instructed.
12. Campers are not allowed to use gel, wax, deodorant, etc.
13. Male campers are to be cleanly shaved before attending the camp.
14. Spectacle hooks/band are to be worn at all times for bespectacled campers.
15. Campers are not allowed to bring any food/drink/personal entertainment
kit/communication tools into the camp.
16. Prohibited items are to be surrendered to the Instructors without being requested to.
Failure to adhere will be severely dealt with.
17. The use of contact lens is STRICTLY NOT ALLOWED.
18. All unnecessary accessories are not to be worn at any point in time throughout the
camp.
19. Campers must follow the instructions given by any Instructor at all times.
20. No camper is allowed to engage in any camp activity without the permission of Camp
OIC, Camp Coordinator or Assistant Camp Coordinator.
21. No camper is allowed to take any item out of the Command Post without informing the
Head of Logistics or Assistant Head of Logistics.
22. No flame/fire is allowed inside the bunk.
23. Ankle socks are STRICTLY NOT ALLOWED.
24. All personal medication must be surrendered unless otherwise instructed.
25. All campers must stand at attention for flag raising/lowering.
26. Every group member must know the whereabouts of each other.
27. Female campers are only allowed to wear black or dark blue hair accessories.
28. During wet weather, campers are to remain in the shade unless otherwise instructed.
29. Male campers are NOT allowed in the girls’ bunk and vice versa unless special
permission granted by Camp OIC, Camp Coordinator or Assistant Camp
Coordinator.
