attire : pt kit-pe attire + track pant
time report : 3pm
time ended : 5pm

tis extra trainin is just only wann to train on our shoutin (2nd class drill test) told by waiean..

cut ur finger nails.
transparent ear stick are allowed only
no ankle socks
fringe must be tied(gals only)
hair must be cut(boiis only)
